FOOD VENDORS INFORMATION

You do not have to be Native to apply.

This year we will only have openings for American Indian foods. The park has their own concessions which include barbecue,we want to be respectful of their concessions as the family who owns the park has given us the venue for FREE.  We are looking for food items such as fry bread, Indian tacos, honey, corn soup, three sisters soup, stews, buffalo dishes, pemmican, wild rice dishes, succotash, etc.
